Patsy

Patsy began her studies in Interior Design in 2006- 2010. Her love for dance convinced her to pursue a B (Hons) in Dance studies and consequently a PAR Masters in which her main aim was to explore the relatabilty/accessibility in dance choreography to create more approachable, fun yet professional works in the future.
At the age of twelve she began to attend Masquerade school of performing arts, discovering her passion for dance. Consecutively she joined Tanya Bayona's Dance school to start her training in Jazz Contemporary and Spanish dance. She undertook several local workshops given out by both local and fo reign artists such as Jose Agudo, Athanasia Theolopoulu,Roberto Olivan,ldan Porges, Samuel Guist and Nico Monaco. She has choreographed several works both for theatre and site specific­ back to the 80's (a musical for the De La Salle Drama Group in 2010),'Elements' (2011) 'Skirt' (2012),
Snakes and Ladders( 2014), and Charged with diffe rence' and 'Ara Gejja' (2015), Shutterspeed (2017), Aghzel (2017). Patsy has worked for Masquerade and Stagecoach,and is currently working at Brigitte Gauci Borda School of Dance and the MVPA as a dance tutor. Today, she passionately studies
Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance under the tuition of local and foreign tutors and forms part
of the Zugraga dance Organisation,with whom she has showcased their first work 'Barcode',in which Patsy performed as well choreographed. She also works in collaboration with Moveo Dance Company with whom she develops her choreographic skills.
