Educator Support

Support Your Children’s Educators Do you want to support the mental wellbeing of the educators who care for your children? Should every educator have a safe space where they can feel heard, understood and supported? Would you like educators to continue developing personally and professionally beyond the classroom? Will you help us give those who support our children the support they deserve? Malta Leadership Institute is creating a professionally facilitated educator support and development programme where educators can speak openly, reflect on their experiences and learn from others who understand the realities of their work. Programme Commencing 28th October 2026. The programme will consist of eight confidential 1.5-hour sessions covering: 1. The Reflective Educator: Understanding Ourselves and the Students We Support 2. Supporting Learning: Engagement, Participation, Learning Differences and Inclusive Strategies 3. Beyond the Behaviour: Regulation, Relationships and the Reflective Response 4. Communication that Connects: Students, Colleagues and Collaborative Practice 5. Confidence in Practice: Responding to Challenging Situations 6. Navigating Conflict and De-escalation: Maintaining Relationships When Things Become Difficult 7. Sustaining the Educator: Wellbeing, Boundaries and Positive Educational Cultures 8. From Individual Practice to Professional Culture: Influencing, collaborating, challenging cultures, and applying learning. The sessions will be facilitated by Isabelle Anastasi, warranted counsellor, educator and trainer. To make these sessions possible and offer them to educators free of charge, we need to raise €2,000. The funding will support professional facilitation, a safe and suitable venue, learning resources, programme coordination and evaluation. Your Contribution Can Start from Just €1 Give €1. Share the campaign. Support an educator. Strengthen a classroom. Because when we care for educators, that care reaches every child they teach and support.
