Christmas Giving in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico

The festive season often inspires people to donate to charity, and one successful crowdfunding campaign to encourage that was the Christmas Giving Angel Tree. The project raised money for the Holy Child School in the Dominican Republic and Amigos de Jesús Maestro in Puerto Rico, and worked to keep young children off the streets by providing a safe classroom and after-school enrichment activities. It may only have raised around €500, but the project had far-reaching success and certainly spread plenty of festive cheer.
