Project Description
One Pot. One Person. One World.
Our vision is to help create a greener, more nature-friendly society, in which we plan to achieve with our mission which is to provide a fun home-gardening kit that will encourage the community to be more aware of the environment.
We are Flo-Pot, a group of 5 international students from Verdala international School. One thing that brings us all together is that we all agree that there is a massive decline of vegetation due to the increase of urbanization.
Our product is an affordable home gardening kit that contains soil, a choice of seeds and various colors of pot, along with some instructions to help you to grow your seeds of choice.
With the guidance of agricultural professionals, the seeds we offer are Miniature sunflowers, Basil, Rucola, Chamomile, and Zinnia. We have 3 available pot colors which are red, blue, and yellow.
10% of our income will be going to The Nature Conservancy, a worldwide non-profit organization that will distribute the money to various projects such as planting trees or making sure that there are clean water supplies.
Our goal is to sell our gardening kit with the aim to give 10% of our income to ‘Nature Conservancy’, a non-profit organization that will distribute the money around the world to whatever project they are working on. Some projects may include planting trees, promoting clean energy, and making sure that there are clean water supplies.
